Opens 2 hours before shows. 

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 30 days for an exchange or a refund in the form or your original payment. Shipping costs are not refundable. The product must be in its original product packaging and in salable condition. For more information, see our Returns page.

DAMAGED ITEM
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the Flatlanders Gift Shop Store immediately, [email protected] or 352-269-7123. We will arrange for the return and/or replacement for items that were received either defective or damaged. Open CDs, CD-ROMs, videotapes, or DVDs will be replaced with SAME TITLE ONLY. Replacement merchandise will not be sent until the damaged/defective item is returned.

SHIPPING INFO
Flatlanders Gift Shop offers shipping options from USPS and UPS.  Rates are calculated based on items in your cart and will be shipped using the method you select at check out.  

Pre-Orders will ship as soon as available.

STORE PICKUP
Store pickup for online orders is free. You can select your store pickup date at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is processed and ready for pickup. If for any reason you are unable to pickup your order, or wish to change the date, please contact us [email protected] or 352-269-7123.

SALES TAX
Orders shipped to Florida will incur a 6% sales tax or local sales tax. Orders shipped outside of Florida are subject to applicable local or state sales tax.
